Week 5

Hello!

WOW! We are half way through the term already! Where has the term gone!? Where has the whole year gone!? There are not many days left in the term, but they promise to be action packed!!

This week we have been looking at Samoa and and it has been wonderful to hear all the childrens stories about Samoa and having them share their knowledge with the rest of the class!
We have also teamed up with Rm 19 for the cultural performance in Week 8 and have started practicing, I can't wait for you all to see the performance it will be amazing :)

The overnight camp experience is next week on Thursday and Friday. Please get your childs permission slip back to school TOMORROW! I would also truly appreciate your help over the two days! So if you can spare some time over those two days tick the box on your childs form and send it back to school or come in and see me! It will be a very exciting action packed two days that we are all looking forward to. Notices will be coming home about camp so please check your childrens bags every night for notices.

The final round of testing for the year is coming up in week 7! Can you please make sure you are still reading with your child every night and keep up the hard work with maths as we are all aiming to move our levels come testing time.

Any questions or concerns please come in and see me any time!
